We've just received pictures from Paul Jones showing some of the stunning fish
he's been having from the Society's Astbury Mere venue, including the new lake
record at 34lb 6oz - This fish only has two previous known captures; back in
2001 at a weight  of 21lb 12oz, and in 2005 at 28lb, which just goes to show
there could well be a number of unknown big fish capable of coming out at some
very big weights!
