Astbury Update for October

Brian Banks reports that October was another good month on Astbury Mere, one angler has reported over 60 fish in the month with two thirties and twenties to twenty nine pounds, and another member reporting fish of twenty eight and twenty six pounds.

The club is in the process of doing another stocking of the lake and we can report fish both mirrors and commons to twenty six pounds being stocked (including the 23lb 7oz common pictured). More fish are to follow in the coming weeks.
